I wrote a review about 8 months ago with my experience with this dealership and I'm writing another one because A.J. (service writer) makes going to a dealership NOT an experience of stress. Today I was there and I didn't get the news I was looking for BUT when dealing with A.J. I know it's the truth and my best interest is being taken into consideration. I was told up front that I would have to wait a little longer to get truck serviced but through all of that I was updated through out my wait. ALL businesses need to have people like A.J. representing them because it helps their business out! Castle Buick GMC you need more people like A.J. Thank you A.J. for being consistent even when you are probably not having the best of days!!! Can yon say-"PROFESSIONAL"

Corey along with the rest of the staff are great. I always have a great experience when I take my car to castle buick.

This morning I spoke to Corey in Service Department. I was completely confused about the service process when it pertains to warranty. Corey was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all my questions. If I'm being honest, I only had maybe one question. Corey explained everything so perfect I couldn't think of anything. One things for sure, I'm bringing my car here, because this is true customer service.

Everything was fast and clean and everyone was nice. I would go there again.

We've been working with Nubia Canas specifically since May of 2022, She's practically family at this point. She helped get my mother in a 2018 GMC Acadia, but within the past 2 weeks it coded that her 4 wheel drive wasn't working. Which is rare! However; she got her in a brand new 2023 Buick Envision with the help of her sales manager Tom Hackett. We couldn't be more thankful for all that they did took look out for the safety of our family, all while Nubia even took care of my Baby while mother finished her paperwork and gave him a tour practically. He was also gifted a Castle guy which he loves it alot ! Lol Thank you so much Nubia & Tom !

The service department took the time to make sure the tow package I purchased thru the GMC app. were complete and they discovered that another part was needed and some discrepancies on part number but Matt and his team figured it out and the job was completed in timely fashion!

Jeff Vicari is the best choice in sales people that this place has to offer. Jeff Vicari was amazing throughout the entire purchase of my dream car, highly recommend working with him. He made the buying process great, not pushy, very patient, and just overall cared about the overall being of myself and family’s purchase. He took the time to make sure I truly loved my purchase (which I absolutely do)! Shout out to Jeff for adding the bow to my new suv! I’ll be telling everyone how great this experience has been and look forward to future business with them.
